AN EASY WHITE SAUCE
a half a stick butter- melt in saucepan
stir in a container of sour cream (or what you have left in the container)
dice garlic and add to your own taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste
* can add a splash of white wine
* add mushrooms
* I love adding shredded Parmesan cheese with a little white wine (yum)
MAKE IT A MEAL
make fettuccine noodles according to directions
top noodles with white sauce
saute shrimp, scallops in butter and spoon on top of the white sauce
